Refund & Replacement Policy

At Gemate, we take pride in delivering quality gemstone bracelets. Since these are personal wear accessories, we currently offer replacement only and not returns for change of mind.

Replacement Eligibility:
• Product received damaged or defective
• Wrong product delivered

Conditions:
• Customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
• Unboxing video or clear photos required as proof
• Product must be unused and in original packaging

Non-eligible cases:
• Used products
• Minor color variations (natural stones may vary)
• Size issues (stretchable bracelets)
